About the product

The paper trail your crew actually uses

Plenty of business still gets done on a signed sheet of paper — especially in the field. We design and print carbonless forms in Buffalo, MN for contractors, home-service crews, and auto shops: invoices, work orders, estimates, and receipts in 2-part or 3-part NCR sets. Write it once and every copy comes out clean — no carbon paper, no retyping back at the office. Each form is branded with your logo, laid out around the way you actually fill it out, and finished as books, pads, or loose sets, with sequential numbering if you want every job accounted for.

FAQ

Carbonless forms FAQ

What are carbonless (NCR) forms?

NCR stands for no carbon required. The sheets are coated so whatever you write on the top copy transfers to the sheets underneath — no messy carbon paper. Fill out one invoice or work order and everyone walks away with a copy.

How many parts can a form have, and what colors are they?

Most forms are 2-part (white and canary) or 3-part (white, canary, and pink) — one copy for your customer, one for the office, one for the crew or the file. We'll recommend the right count for how the form moves through your business.

Can my forms be numbered?

Yes. Sequential numbering keeps invoices, work orders, and receipts accounted for, and reorders can pick up right where the last batch left off — just tell us the starting number.

Should I order books or pads?

Books have a wraparound cover and stay bound until you tear a set out — ideal for the truck or the toolbox. Padded sets are glued along one edge and work well at a counter or front desk. Loose sets are handy on clipboards. We'll recommend based on where the forms get filled out.

How do reorders work?

We keep your form on file. When you're running low, call or email and we'll rerun it — same layout, updated details if anything's changed, and numbering that continues from your last batch.
