- Quantity
Printing has real setup costs, so the price per piece drops as the run gets bigger. Ordering 500 cards costs far less than five times the price of 100.
- Size & dimensions
Bigger pieces use more material and press time. A 2x4 ft banner and a 4x8 ft banner are different animals.
- Material & substrate
Card stock weight, vinyl grade, coroplast vs. aluminum, specialty films — the material is often the biggest single factor.
- Sides & color
Single- vs. double-sided and full-color vs. one-color change ink and press time.
- Finishing
Lamination, grommets, hems, mounting, die-cutting, folding, and binding each add a step — and value.
- Design & turnaround
Print-ready files keep costs down; design-from-scratch is quoted up front. Standard timelines cost less than a rush.

Yes. The per-piece cost drops as the quantity goes up, so larger runs are more economical. Tell us your quantity and we will factor it in.
For larger or fully custom projects we may ask for a deposit, and we will spell that out clearly in your quote before anything starts.
