Parents decide before they walk in

Choosing childcare is one of the most anxious decisions a parent makes, and a surprising amount of it is settled before the tour: how the sign out front looks, whether the enrollment packet feels organized, whether the handbook answers questions or creates them. We help centers, preschools, and in-home providers put that first impression together — a warm, consistent look across the sign, the packet, and the door — and then handle the practical print that keeps a program running: labels, forms, calendars, and classroom signage built to survive small hands.

FAQ

Childcare printing FAQ

What should a new center print first?

A sign that reads from the street and an enrollment packet that feels organized. Those two carry almost all of the first impression. Classroom labels and forms can follow once you know your routine.

Do you print parent handbooks and bind them?

Yes — printed and bound, in whatever binding suits how often you update it. Saddle-stitch for a short handbook, spiral or wire-o if it needs to lie flat, and we keep the file so next year's revision is an edit rather than a rebuild.

Can labels survive daily use and cleaning?

Yes, with the right material. Cubby, bin, and bottle labels should be printed on durable vinyl rather than paper stock — it handles moisture, handling, and wiping down. Tell us where they go and we will match the material.

Do you make "now enrolling" signs?

Yes. Coroplast yard signs for a season, or aluminum composite if it will live out front year-round. Check your city's rules first — temporary signs often need a permit and have duration limits. Our MN sign rules table covers local cities.

Can you help an in-home daycare, not just a center?

Absolutely, and it is some of our favorite work. A licensed in-home provider needs the same essentials at a smaller scale: a good sign, cards, a clean handbook, and forms. There is no minimum order.
